Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Enterprise Agile Coach, your objective is to advance our organisational agile maturity in support of business transformation that delivers better and faster solutions to our customers. You shall focus on instilling a deeper understanding of the required mindset and behaviour shifts, to accelerate change and to develop and nurture our transformation leaders and change agents, systematically building new capabilities in themselves and others to help unlock the full potential of our people towards achieving our north star

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring agile teams in the agile methodology
  • Participate in high impact sprints, providing guidance on the development of sprint scope, outcomes, and post sprint activities
  • Integrate related methodologies within the company
  • Develop standards and requirements for the agile process
  • Provide training to employees on the agile process
  • Help teams navigate agile tools and software
  • Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in
  • Foster teams and cultures practising Agile, to sustain agile methodologies

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Agile methodologies - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in related roles (strategy, business partnership, large scale transformation initiatives)
  • Strong background in Agile frameworks and methodologies like Kanban/Scrum/SAFe
  • Ability to execute a process across multiple teams, and geographic locations, working in iterations towards group objectives
  • Breathes the behaviours of an agile leader with an agile mindset
  • Ability to work with other Agile Enterprise Coaches to drive the overall coaching program
  • Knowledge of agile software development
