- Coordinating activities, tracing and removing impediments within and to multiple teams
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Natural leader and communicator
- English language (Upper Intermediate B2)
- Must have essential technical skills to meet the teams' needs
- Experience with task tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of Agile Frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, others)
- Familiarity with stages of software development
- Scrum Master certification or demonstrable knowledge of Scrum
