1. Organisation of a complex bridge construction side with a premier focus a hands-on mentality/approach
2. Leading a multinational team of bridge construction engineering specialists
3. Planning of all operations, work preparations and execution of a large scale construction project
4. Planning of construction program and resources
5. Optimisation and mobilisation of planned bridge construction methods „balanced cantilever “, „incremental launch“ and “pier climbing”
6. Implementation and enforcement of SHEQ standards and processes
7. Self dependant project managing and execution of a complex construction side, coordination and collaboration of all involved parties
8. Monitoring the project‘s budget, recognise deviations and implement measure for reconciliation of deviations
9. Cost controlling in collaboration with the commercial project manager
10. Monthly Cost to Completion estimate
11. Develop claim strategy towards the scope of works, recognize potential claims, prepare claims with the project’s claim manager
12. Reporting to the Project Director
13. Information and coordination of all construction side related issue to the technical business area and division managers
