Job description, responsibilities and duties

- providing customer support for Lithuania and or Estonia market
- receiving and handling phone calls and emails from customers
- solving issues with customer orders and complaints by e-mail and telephone
- providing advice on our services
- resolving technical and billing claims in relevant applications
- home office provide

Information about the selection process

Advanced level of either EE + or LT language (native proficiency mother tongue will be preferred) + second language on communication proficiency
Advanced level of English
Any proficiency in LV welcomed
PC + Microsoft Office package literate
