Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The mission of the Master Scheduler within a plant is to fulfil the customer requirements by levelling the activities of the production floor and to ensure to manage properly the supply chain.
The main missions of the role are to:

• Analyze, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.
• Analyze customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimize data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems.
• Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces.
• Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimize resources (men, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity),
• Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customers demand,

▪ Master's degree
▪ Recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs in a plant
▪ Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication, foreign experience a plus
▪ Mother language Slovak , and English language knowledge: written and spoken
▪ Knowledge of the logistics systems, ability to analyze data
▪ Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
▪ Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate mainly internally and often at higher levels
▪ Continuous improvement mind-set
