Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Insure all the actions of Program Launch book requested to the PLQE in order to achieve the full success of the MPT, eMPT, Customer Run & Rates
- To work / update customer interfaces
- Ensure 7 Quality Basics in all stages of new project
-Create and implement Control plan together with UAP quality and with the lead of the PQL
- Creation of defects catalogue together with UAP quality and with the lead of the PQL
- Issue final assemblies inspection reports prior to delivery (Pre-Launch build)
- Sign gages pre-acceptance before transfer
- Qualify measurement system (Gage R&R)
- Support the PQL for the PPAP preparation
- To work / update customer interfaces
