For our client – very successful pharmaceutical distribution company, we have been currently searching for a Sales Manager SK - OTC – who will be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts in the Slovak Republic
Key Responsibility:
• Working with pharmacy chains management, purchasers and healt care professionals
• Presenting and promoting product of the company portfolio and be responsible for market research and collecting of market data
• Managing assigned key accounts and will be responsible for sales growth
What we are expecting?
• Ideal candidate is located in Bratislava ( with responsibility for entire Slovakia region )
• Local business plan development and tactical execution to increase the utilization of company products
• Fulfill or overcome business forecast
• Business calls with a focus on high margin product portfolio
• Close cooperation with Marketing departnent
Desired Skills and Experiences:
• Knowledge the health care environment, including purchasing management, marketing and decision makers
• 3+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical industry
• Ideal candidate is independent, creative, analytically thinking person with self-management and creative problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, selling and presentation/training skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Distribution management and Tender business management
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Travel requirement of more than 80%
