Branch manager - Banking

For our client, a well-established financial institution, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop its branch in Eastern Slovakia.

• Lead and develop branch operations, ensuring excellent client service, business growth, and high operational standards within the assigned region.

• Manage and motivate a branch team, drive commercial performance, and contribute to achieving strategic business objectives.

• We are looking for an experienced financial services professional with strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills in Slovak and English.
