Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client – international dynamic growing real estate company – we are currently searching for a CONSTRUCTION / COST CONTROLLER CZ & SK.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibility for: Construction Project Controlling within company group
• Run annual budgeting process to contribute to the overall corporate business planning
• Lead the budgeting process of construction projects within company group
• Monthly reporting of projects including construction timelines, payment milestones
• Ongoing project profitability reporting – forecasting and regular measuring of project profitability
• Weekly monitoring of orders, providing financial analysis, forecasts, interpretation of variances from budget
• Provide support and advice to head of construction
• Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop reports and statements for the management
Requirements
• At least 4 years of related experience
• University degree preferably with a focus on Finance or Construction
• Know-how in operating budgets, business plans, monthly reporting
• Experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong in Project Financing controlling and setting up controlling processes
• Excellent analysis and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent English
• Flexibility to travel ( CZ )
