Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Representation of General Manager during his absence
• Active support for the operation in the hotel
• Monitoring of service and working areas
• By agreement – taking over the management of departments in the absence of a department head
• Performing professional complaint management
• Ensuring a consistently high or increase of quality standards
• Support the development of the operation and the product
• Preparation of documentation for monthly reporting
• Supporting of in-house accounting and administration
• Market monitoring of trends and developments
• Be proactive during service peak times maintaining a highly visible profile in outlets

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Hotel experience is a must
• You should be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of three years experiences in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Experience in managing and motivating employees,
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• Positive attitude and personal appearance
• Guest oriented with strong operational background in a hotel
• Capabilities to manage a team successful – strong leader
• Pro-active attitude and “can-do”-spirit
• Project management experience
• Very good Office knowledge (Excel & PowerPoint)
