Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Data Analyst, you extract insights from our business data to inform strategic decisions. You will work mainly withMarketing and Finance departments to optimize reporting, drive sales, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will enable us to better understand our market trends, customer behaviors, and financial performance.
Collaborate with Marketing to create the data transformation from tracked information to the marketing tools. Providing marketing department data for analysis of sales performance, customer acquisition channels, and customer segmentation.
Work with Finance to create the financial reporting, automatization and data warehouse to streamline financial reporting, budget forecasts, etc.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of business performance indicators.
Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within our sales data, inventory management, and customer feedback.
Foster a data-driven culture within the company, providing data expertise and support across teams.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the eCommerce or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis (e.g., SQL, Clickhouse, ES Stack), visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Grafana), e-commerce data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Bloomreach, Matomo)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and predictive modeling is a plus.
