Why do we need you?

Since last year we grew from 10 people to more than 40 and we are planning to hire more and more talents!

You will be working on all important documents such as employment agreements and additions. You will collect and process all necessary data, prepare statistics and reports, payrolls, control worksheets.

You will help with recruiting new people and onboarding and manager their personal agenda.

What your day is going to look like?

1. Administrative support of Chief People Officer
2. Communication with employees and contractors on daily basis and helping them with their HR requests
3. Communication with an external accountant, preparing payrolls and collecting worksheets
4. Legal agenda - making sure all documents are in compliance with current legislation
5. Helping with job posts and publishing job ads, helping to select the best candidates
6. Reports, analyses, and research
