Job description, responsibilities and duties

What your day is going to look like?

1. Make sure the office is clean, take care of kitchen
2. Make sure we always have sufficient amount of teas, coffee, milk, and prosecco for birthdays (Huh, obviously.)
3. Help people with their ad hoc requests regarding the offices
4. Be the key person in touch with the building owners and suppliers and communicate with them regarding our office facilities
5. Help organize kick-ass team aswsbuildings and parties for employees and partners
6. Help our C-level suite with their requests and assist them with their tasks
7. Greet and make sure our hosts in the office are feeling well, welcome them and make sure they have everything the need

- you have good communication skill and you are responsible and independent
- always willing to improve processes and not afraid to take charge of things
