Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibility:
• Is responsible for all returns parts analysis from customer returns
• Analysis and reporting of returns parts
• Active participation in problem solving
• Responsible for testing equipment/tool for analysis process

Main tasks:
1. Quality results
• He / she is responsible for analysis process and quality results: external rejects.
• This responsibility means: performing, improving analysis process and improve numbers of customer rejects.
• His / her main daily duty is:
a) to analyse customer returns and meet all the assigned targets and requests, especially to ensure the time and correctness of analysis
b) to ensure correct parts flow process of analysed parts
c) to be active participant in problem solving towards customer returns
d) to work with the other departments of the plant, helping them to solve problems.
2. Quality control (analysis process) and continuous improvement
• Ensures the right focus, the right method of application and the right equipment for analysis process.
• Responsible for creation, update and active improvement of documents related to equipment’s, tools and instruments in laboratory – analysis process (manuals, procedures, instructions, etc.)
• Escalation in case of any risk or delay.
• Through the customer quality engineers, follow and improve the quality level of the products:
• Is support of WCM, pillar quality, that is to say:
a) According defined priorities of the quality team and the plant strategy on quality improvement, following the World Class Manufacturing approach.
3. Development team – R&D
• Through the process quality engineer, participate to product and process definition, to the early production and ramp up phase, preparing the process for the start of production, with the approach of ideal conditions for 0 defects.
• Cooperate with developing team of a new or existing product to ensure conformity of product.
4. Audits
• Follow and request the action for solving non-conformities and findings.
5. Reporting and budget
• Prepare reports from part analysis.
• Improve key performance indicators, audit results and analysis process, etc.
6. Standards
• Check and ensure the respect of the laboratory, analysis standards / rules within department: internal rules and ISO/TS 16949.
• Actively participate to the improvement of the standards.
• Following 5S, H&S, ESD and Environmental rules.

Authorisation
• Authorization to stop the production in case of non-conformities related to the process and product
