Talent Operations Specialist (part-time)

This position has an ideal setup for candidates on maternity/paternity leave.

We are Exponea, an internationally renowned Customer Data Platform – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

We are currently expanding our Talent / HR team, and looking for a new Talent Operations Specialist. Could that be you?

About your team:
In the Talent Operations team, we take care of Exponeans from the moment they accept the job offer. Our team is rather small (four members, including you) and together with the Talent Development team (three members), we form the Talent department, reporting directly to the COO. Working in Talent Ops, we
• Ensure payroll runs on time & correctly in all countries Exponea operates in (SK, CZ, UK, DE, RU, USA)
• Ensure HR administration is in compliance with all legal requirements and processed effectively
• Ensure fast & efficient on/offboarding and changes in the employee lifecycle
• Actively cooperate on Talent departmental projects

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Payroll processing for UK, DE and RU employees (in cooperation with local external payroll providers - our job is to prepare inputs & confirm outputs) - apx 50 Exponeans in total
• HR administration and on/offboarding support
• Communication with employees, resolving their HR-related queries
• Administration of the internal HR database - we run on BambooHR (new contracts, transfers and termination of employment, salary changes)
• Participation in various Talent projects, e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits or Performance Management (if interested)

What we expect of the candidate:
• Previous experience with payroll: you'll be responsible for collecting inputs & checking outputs. We don't expect you to be familiar with UK, DE and RU payrolls - you'll be trained; however, you should have a basic understanding of how payroll works and a drive to learn quickly to minimize human errors in the processing.
• Ability to follow agreed schedule/payroll deadlines
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach when completing tasks
