We are Exponea, an internationally renowned Customer Data Platform – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.
We are currently expanding our Talent / HR team, and looking for a new Talent Operations Specialist. Could that be you?
About your team:
In the Talent Operations team, we take care of Exponeans from the moment they accept their job offer. Our team is rather small (four members, including you) and together with the Talent Development team (three members), we form the Talent department, reporting directly to the COO. Working in Talent Ops, we
• Ensure payroll runs on time & correctly in all countries Exponea operates in (SK, CZ, UK, DE, RU, USA)
• Ensure HR administration is in compliance with all legal requirements and processed effectively
• Ensure fast & efficient on/offboarding and changes in the employee lifecycle
• Actively cooperate on Talent departmental projects
Tasks and responsibilities:
• HR administration and on/offboarding support
• Communication with employees on a daily basis
• Payroll processing for employees in SK, CZ and US, in cooperation with local external payroll providers (our job is to prepare inputs & confirm outputs) - apx 130 Exponeans in total
• Collaboration with People Managers, Office Managers & Finance teams
• Preparation of HR documents (eg. employment contracts and amendments), cooperation with lawyers on non-standard cases
• Administration of the internal HR database - we run on BambooHR (new contracts, transfers and termination of employment, salary changes)
• Participation in various Talent projects, e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits or Performance Management
What we expect of the candidate:
• Previous experience in HR administration (1-2 years)
• Knowledge of Slovak labour law
• Punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and professionalism in completing tasks
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills (Slovak and English)
• Positive thinking
