Financial Controller

Tasks and responsibilities:

Ensure all critical financial processes are in place (in-house or outsourced) and financial compliance is secured
Support finance external vendors (auditor, outsourced accounting), internal stakeholders and management
Manage local statutory and regulatory compliance – cooperation for preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns with outsourced provider; identification and reporting of adjustments required
Complete and control the period end close processes, which includes calculation of accruals and reserves, month end adjustments, intercompany transactions etc.
Monitor and analyze P&L and Balance sheet transactions and ensure their correctness; deal with eventual discrepancies; review and confirm the overall correctness of P&L and Balance sheet statements
External and Internal audit support
Actively support new systems implementation; process standardization and improvements
Develop and maintain an effective, efficient and sustainable internal control environment

What we expect of the candidate:

3+ years of Finance/Accounting/Reporting experience.
Drive for results, with focus on timely and complete delivery.
Command skills & financial acumen to work in a fast growing business model.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual.
Excellent communication skills.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheets.
Fluence in English.
