We are Exponea, an internationally renowned Customer Data Platform – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

We are currently expanding our Office Operations team, and we’re looking for a new junior Office Manager in Prague. Could it be you?

Main goals of this role:
• Optimize the work environment and ensure fast employee request resolution (including work with ticketing and different administrative tools)
• Managing correspondence (including work with travel management tools)
• Support  execution of operational projects, e.g. vendor selection, access management, reporting 
• Executional support for a fast onboarding process, making sure all employees are well-equipped to carry out their tasks

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Help to ensure the day-to-day running of our Prague office of 18 people
• Remotely support our Brno office of 9 people
• Help with the onboarding of new employees 
• Provide assistance  to employees with business-critical tasks, support their business travel and resolve employee queries
• Help with maintenance of local office legal compliance, including health & safety compliance
• Handle all aspects of local correspondence and office supplies
• Maintain administrative tasks and databases
• Provide general support to visitors
• Coordinate vendor procurement and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers
• Technically Set up and support company-wide meetings

What we’ll consider an asset:
• A degree in Economics/Business Administration/Operations Research/Finance or Accounting 
• Experience in consulting, operations or finance
