Junior Financial Controller

We are currently expanding our Finance team, and looking for a new Junior Financial Controller. Could that be you?

The purpose of the role is to be a vital support for the Controlling team, administering and coordinating all finance-related agenda items in one of the fastest growing Software as a Service (SaaS) companies in the world.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Administration of incoming invoices mailboxes
- Interaction with external accounting team and vendors when administering invoices around the world with entities present currently in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, - United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Poland and Russia
- Providing support with Cost controlling and Financial reporting agenda
- Providing support with financial audit related agenda
- Providing support with day-to-day finance related operations
- Completing ad-hoc tasks as requested by Controlling team
- Providing continuous improvement of processes

What we expect of the candidate:
- Finance/Management related University background (previous exposure to finance related subjects is a must)
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) / Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Basic accounting and tax principles are a big plus
- Common sense, realistic, down-to-earth attitude, mathematical intelligence
- Get along well with others, good team player
- Fluent in English and Slovak
