Paralegal /Exponea Prague

We are looking for a motivated team member with the drive to learn new things and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, start-up environment.

What we expect of you:
· Currently in a legal field of study
· Availability to spend at least 16h/week at the office
· Proficiency in English and Czech language
· Previous working experience as a law assistant is welcome but not necessary
· Willingness to explore new fields of law
· Assisting in financing, structuring, labour and commercial matters
· Drafting basic legal documentation
· Providing day-to-day corporate services
