Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience working with computer hardware and computer peripherals (network printers, MFU, IP Phones, etc.)
• Advanced networking troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Windows server/ Unix server platform, remote control, Active Cirectory, Outlook / Exchange mail and general Excel knowledge
• Experience with implementation and support of server infrastructure
• Knowledge of Cisco Technologies or AVAYA platform is a plus
• Experience with ticket system is an advantage
• Fluency in English
