Would you like to become a member of American IT company and to help them build a strong relationship with customers and clients?
As Customer Relationship Manager you will cooperate closely with finance and HR department. Your main responsibilities will be:

* manage retention campaigns
* develop and implement process changes
* service delivery monitoring and identification of warning signals
* act as the first point of contact for major issues
* regular update of Statement of Work documents
* implementation and ownership of company websites
* cooperation on all communication channels to clients
