In our new and modern offices in Prague, you will work with international clients resolving their IT issues and providing first line support where needed. You will also follow through the tickets to ensure client issues are fully resolved to their satisfaction. Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English
• 1 or more years’ experience in an IT Tech Support role
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience in Windows and Linux
• Experience with data center
