Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our partner is international world leading IT services company. They are looking for strongly motivated and skilled graduates with business administration or finance background and fluent English (fluency in another language is highly appreciated as you will cooperate with other European entities).

Your main responsibilities will be:
* Uploading billing input into financial billing systems and validating the outcome
* Processing draft invoices and credit notes, obtaining approvals, distributing to external clients
* Reporting of billing data
* Performing backup responsibilities for the assigned team members
* Managing the resolution of queries from both internal & external sources
