Experienced Technical Writer

This is a full-time work-from-home (inside of Slovakia) role for an experienced Technical Writer.

Sub-contractors / working on invoice / agencies / free-lancers will not be considered.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and user-friendly content. From user manuals to API documentation, you’ll ensure our audience, both technical and non-technical, can easily understand and use our products.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and API documentation.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to gather and translate technical information.

• Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and is accessible to a diverse audience.

• Research and implement industry best practices for technical communication.

• Edit and proofread content to maintain quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Slovak language

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence, Adobe Acrobat, or other tools).

• A degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
