We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & Relations Specialist to enhance our company's market presence and foster relationships within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the technology or software sectors, with cybersecurity experience being a notable advantage. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing communications, generating valuable leads, and maintaining positive relations with media and industry analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
Develop innovative lead generation campaigns that convert targets into actionable business opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Engage with industry analysts to positively influence market perceptions and position the company favorably in industry reports.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies against KPIs such as engagement rates and lead conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business goals.
Stay abreast of market trends to identify communication opportunities and potential public relations challenges.
Qualifications
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German or French is highly preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations within the technology or software industry.
Cybersecurity industry experience is highly desired.
Demonstrable experience with lead generation and media relations.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a track record of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
