Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Engineer with a specialty in cybersecurity software, particularly in the realm of Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a keen emphasis on Privileged Access Management (PAM). As a pivotal player in our organization, this individual will marry technical knowledge with sales skills to drive our cybersecurity solutions into the heart of our clients' operations. Fluency in English is a must, and the ability to communicate in German or French is a strong advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead in sales situations, showcasing our MFA/PAM solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that match our solutions with client needs.
  • Respond to technical queries with detailed consultative advice, highlighting the value and benefits of our cybersecurity software.
  • Liaise with product teams to provide feedback from the field to guide future product development.
  • Lead the creation of technical proposals and documentation that clearly articulate the strengths of our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, with a spotlight on IAM, MFA and PAM trends and competitor movements.
