We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development and Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the technology or software industry, with a preference for individuals with cybersecurity experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our business growth by identifying new market opportunities, strategically recruiting partners, and effectively managing and enabling these partnerships to ensure mutual success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute strategies for partner recruitment, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication, joint business planning, and continuous support.
  • Oversee the enablement of partners by facilitating training and development resources to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Manage partner performance, setting clear KPIs such as the number of successful integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English is required; German or French language skills are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the technology or software industry, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
