Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for our new HR colleague who will be a local partner of our team in Slovakia and who will be an active member of the International HR Community, spanning 14 countries. You play a key role in your country in developing, supporting and executing group determined HR outlined activities and projects. This role reports to the Regional HR Manager - CEE based in Hungary.

What will you do?

• Implementing Ewals Group HR solutions in our Slovakian offices, in Kosice and Bratislava
• (pro) Actively contributing to and running new HR projects like: Recruitment and Employer branding, Performance evaluation, Talent management and HR Analytics:
o Taking part in the recruitment and selection process: find the right contents and
channels for the job posts, organizing interviews, assist the hiring manager during
the interview process
o Managing the Employer Branding communication internally and externally
o Guiding managers and colleagues through the yearly performance evaluation
process
o Partnering with managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and
development programs in cooperation with our Ewals Academy
o Providing and analyzing HR KPI’s
• Acting as a Business Partner for the management of each unit within the country on the basis of service level agreements
• Day to day HR operational tasks, including working with our external payroll provider
• Designing new policies and delivering on HR related projects locally
• Ensuring we comply with local HR regulations


How will you get there?

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR field, advantage of Business Partnering
• Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English
• Work well with MS office applications, specifically with Excel
• Willingness to travel within the 2 offices on a regular bases
• Problem solving attitude and good at prioritizing on a daily basis
• Flexible and hands on mentality
