Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Preparation of Excise duty (Diesel tax) from Belgium & France
- Administration of Purchase/Sales invoices: collecting, checking and registration
- Answering internal/external requests related to invoices
- Administration of bank statements
- Maintaining quality and accuracy of master data of customers and suppliers
- Booking of other internal documents based on needs
- Other assistance to Financial Controllers and Business Controller
- All these tasks and responsibilities take place in an automatic workflow environment
