Do you like building useful tools and connecting existing ones to get more than the sum of its parts? We’re looking for an Internal Platform Engineer to help our infra team deliver even more value for the rest of the company. If you are interested in AI/ML/LLM development, even better! You can help us with the company chatbot architecture and plan its evolution into a dedicated support/help service. There is a lot to be done, and we expect you will discover even more areas for improvements. Don’t worry, you’ll not do everything at once.

Design, build, and maintain internal integration pipelines and automation tools that connect various internal systems;
Automate inbound lead processing, support email analysis, SLA tracking, and response drafting; integrate AI for duplicate detection and cleanup;
Enhance documentation infrastructure (Jekyll, custom plugins) and OpenSearch-driven search analytics;
Build AI-assisted translation pipelines for docs, courses, and product UI;
Create dashboards and data extraction workflows that give marketing, sales, and HR actionable insights;
Automate payroll/attendance reporting integrations with internal time tracker and handle training/certificate generation workflows;
Document your tools, integrations, and processes thoroughly; ensure knowledge transfer and maintain runbooks for internal and external stakeholders;
Work in a tight team of open-minded professionals;
Be the person responsible for your time management and workflow to meet agreed deadlines.

Platform & Integration Engineering - Demonstrated experience building internal tools, APIs, and automation that connect disparate systems and unblock business workflows.
Infrastructure & Automation - Hands-on expertise with Linux, virtualization (PVE/KVM), container orchestration (Kubernetes), GitOps (Argo CD, GitLab CI/CD), and IaC principles.
Scripting & Programming - Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) with the ability to quickly learn or adapt to other languages (Java, Ruby) as project needs dictate; pragmatic, maintainable code over polyglot experimentation.
AI & Automation Operations - Hands-on experience deploying and operating LLM microservices, chatbots, validation/transform pipelines, and automation frameworks in a self-hosted environment is appreciated.
Data, Search & Analytics - Working knowledge of search engines (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch), data extraction, dashboarding, and workflow automation to support marketing, support, and HR teams.
Documentation & Communication - Technical writing skills; proven ability to produce clear documentation, runbooks, and business-facing reports; comfortable explaining complex integrations to non-engineers.
Mindset & Collaboration - Self-driven engineer who thrives in a lean, self-hosted setup; comfortable context-switching between infrastructure, integrations, and business support while maintaining engineering discipline.
English skills - B2 level or higher.
Independence - The ability to work independently, in a team, and with customers.
