Job description, responsibilities and duties
What you will do:
- Lead and grow B2B sales of IT solutions and cybersecurity services in Slovakia and the broader EU region.
- Identify and engage with mid-size and enterprise clients who require compliance with ISO, GDPR, or national cyber laws.
- Build and lead a small sales team, establishing tools, processes, and KPIs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and service offerings.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and strategy outcomes.
What we expect:
– Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, IT consulting, cybersecurity, or compliance services.
– Experience in building and/or leading a sales department, ideally from an early-stage setup.
– Solid understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
– Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
– Advanced English proficiency is required.
– A network in Slovakia, Czechia, or other EU markets is an advantage.
