• Application and observance of laws relating to the field of work and employment of employees, protection of personal data
• Building and maintaining the personnel information system
• Building and maintaining the payroll, remuneration, evaluation and employee motivation system
• Proposal and submission for approval of internal company directives in the area of personnel
• Human resource planning
• Employee training and development plan
• Analysis of the state and movement of employees, wage analysis
• Management, coordination and evaluation of subordinate employees
• Designing and maintaining a social program
• Processing of employment contracts
• Managing of recruitment and dismissals
• Evidence of use of the social program of society
• Ensures the management of activities in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements
• Processing of monthly reports and indicators
• Participating in the implementation of HR and IATF 16949 quality processes
