Job description, responsibilities and duties
Under the hierarchical responsibility of HSE Plant Manager, you participate in making the tools available to the site in order to guarantee cost, quality and deadline objectives.
Your main missions will be:
• Supports management in the organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
• Ensures the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE systems.
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment Systems procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives.
• Provides motivation and familiarization for all employees to respect the importance of complying with company systems procedures and all safety equipment provided.
• Conducts internal safety audits.
• Takes part in accident/ incident investigation.
• Carries out analysis of accident/ incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
