We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a good blend of marketing and IT knowledge to lead a diverse range of projects, encompassing marketing campaigns, IT initiatives, and technology-driven endeavors. This role requires a visionary professional who combines technical savvy with a deep understanding of both IT and marketing principles to drive successful outcomes in a multifaceted environment.
Specific Job responsibilities include:
Project Development and Management:
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for a varied portfolio, including marketing projects, IT initiatives, and technology ventures, from initiation to completion.
• Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs relevant to each project domain.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, engineering, and design, ensuring effective translation of requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, aligning them with strategic business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Regularly evaluate project progress and performance, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing demands and challenges.
Technical and Marketing Expertise:
• Leverage good understanding of IT and marketing principles to ensure the successful delivery of projects in these domains.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and marketing, incorporating innovative ideas and solutions into project plans.
• Work collaboratively with IT specialists and marketing professionals to ensure technical
feasibility and market alignment of project outputs.
• Strategic Business Development and Leadership:
• Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement within IT and marketing projects, proposing strategic initiatives for expansion or enhancement.
• Define and implement effective Go-to-Market strategies and marketing campaigns for
technology products.
• Analyze key metrics and feedback from IT and marketing projects to refine strategies, improve execution, and maximize impact.
