EAI is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, helping in the hiring campaigns and scheduling interviews.
The job offers international experience in over a hundred countries. Work is in English and as an HR intern you would perform various administrative tasks in support of the HR department. For example: update employee databases, screen resumes, schedule interviews, post job ads, and assist in preparing HR-related reports.
Additionally, you could address employee queries, distribute company policies, and participate in organizing company events. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR processes, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

• Good knowledge of standard software packages, including Word for Windows and Excel are a must. Experience with Adobe Creative suite, Wordpress, and Social Media tools are a plus.
