Job description, responsibilities and duties
The European Alliance for Innovation (EAI); www.eai.eu is a community-driven organization devoted to empowering ICT innovation in Europe. EAI provides an environment for ICT innovation community interaction that is both virtual and physical.
EAI is now offering the graduate internship position in the area of Conference Management and Marketing for the EAI office in Slovakia.

Specific Job responsibilities include:
• assistance with scientific publication in journals and books
• assistance in marketing campaigns
• general assistance with the online conferences and other conference related tasks
• receiving, checking and categorizing presentation videos from authors
• upkeep of databases and lists
• creation of scrips for online conference video streams (based on program) and communication with video editor
• assistance with various marketing communication activities
• uploading of EAI conference proceedings in the European Union Digital Library (EUDL)
• communication with the authors and conference participants

Information about the selection process

The applicant has to fulfill the conditions for graduate internship:
- citizen under the age of 26 who has completed full-time form of study less than two years ago with the relevant level of education and has not had regular paid employment since its completion;
- is kept in the records of the Office of Labor, Social Affairs and Family for at least one month.
