EAI - European Alliance for Innovation is a non-profit organization and a professional community established in cooperation with the European Commission to empower the global research and innovation, and to promote cooperation between European and International ICT communities.
EAI is now looking for a Common Lisp/Haskell Developer (part-time) for the office in Bratislava, Slovakia. This role may be a starting point in your career, giving you the possibility of full time job and progression to more senior roles within the organization.

Specific Job responsibilities will include:

• Administration, development and maintenance of related EAI platforms and tools;
• optional - system administration with full time position.

Personality requirements and skills

- Knowledge of Functional Programming Languages: CommonLisp/Haskell
- Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git
- Experience with relational DBMSs (PostgreSQL in particular)
Following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of front-end technologies: Html5, CSS, Ajax, JSON API’s Javascript, Java, PHP, Ruby
- Familiarity/Experience with Message Broker Protocols (AMQP/RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of Linux Operating system and Linux shell scripting
- Familiarity with Docker and related containerization technologies
- Experience and knowledge of agile methodologies, software design methods
