The European Alliance for Innovation, www.eai.eu, is a worldwide community-driven organization devoted to empowering ICT innovation. EAI crowd evaluation tools for conferences and publications have been recognized by the European Commission as a ground breaking approach to supporting idea dissemination.
For its office in Bratislava EAI is now seeking candidate for the role of System admin/JAVA Developer.

Main resposibilities:
Responsibility for architecture, installation/configuration, operation, security and maintenance/backup of EAI systems IT infrastructure.
Java programming for development of community portal.

Technical skills
- Experience with Java programming
- Advanced skills with linux (Ubuntu) based virtual servers
- Experience with Docker and containers
- Experience with web software development
- Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git; Bitbucket
- Linux, Java, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DNS mapping, PHP, CMS

Specific Job responsibilities will include:
-System administrator of linux based virtual machines
-Java programming for comunity portal
-Contribution to the maintenance and evolution of existing tools which support community organization and publications;

Computer skills – programmer
LINUX / Docker/ VPS / Ubuntu / Debian / Apache / MySql– SYS ADMIN LEVEL
JAVA , Angular JS, nodeJS

Requirements for the employee
