Job description, responsibilities and duties

Technical skills:

•1-2 years experience in venues management (hotels/events/congresses);
Extensive knowledge and understanding of venues management and coordination activities;
•Strong knowledge and experience in selecting the right venue locations relating to time of the year, locations, external overlapping events etc;
•Experience in negotiating venues, DDR rates and all aspects of venue conference contracts;
Strong financial budgeting skills;
•Ability to construct and review contracts in detail.

Organizational skills:

•Autonomous thinking and good analytical skills;
•Capability to adapt to fast paced dynamic environments;
•Excellent writing and oral skills;
•Ability to work hands-on and with limited supervision;
•Great interpersonal and communication skills.
