EuroCoc, the leading online provider of Certificates of Conformity in Europe, is looking for an experienced candidate to join our client account desk. Due to growing customer base from German speaking countries, we are broadening our German desk and are happy to welcome a new talent, who will be in daily touch with our fantastic German clients & will help in administrations and operations department of the company.

Who we are looking for:

Our position is open for fresh graduates with a great knowledge of German language (we will teach you what it takes) and also to skilled professionals, who have a track record in customer service or customer relations. We are looking for character and attitude above all.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in German, skilled with MS Office programs, has outstanding people skills and is open to spend time online + on the phone with our customers and deal with any issues they might have while using our service.

We offer this opportunity to an organized candidate, who will show and prove that we can count with him/her also with other tasks, depending on the talents and interests.

This role is created for a candidate, that can equally well provide service to a customer and also work within our administration department on product/logistics. This is a dual role, so you will not be pure customer service or pure administration. The successful candidate will get the best out of both roles, will learn how a rather small (20 people) company is run and will see in detail what it takes to be a leader in a very specific segment in Europe.
