Job description, responsibilities and duties

EuroCoc is looking for the right candidate to strenghten our customer service team. Successful candidate will be required to assist the customer service with various duties, but mainly:

- deal directly with italian customers either by telephone, email, or company chat
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- create, update and maintain customer details
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- manage administration
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions
