Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
EuroCoc is looking for the right candidate to strenghten our back office team. We need a helping hand. Successful candidate will assist to the customers and suppliers with various duties, but mainly:
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- create, update and maintain customer details
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- manage administration
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions
- prepare documents for purchasing of products, updating and controlling the orders
- communicate with suppliers in slovak, french and english language
- build relationship with suppliers
