Being a member of a team of specialists, you are responsible for assisting and helping travellers world-wide in difficult situations. Main tasks are daily contacts with our clients, hospitals, airline companies, tour-operators etc.

We are searching for reliable, open-minded and flexible team-players with ability to analyze a situation and to find a solution. Do you like that not one day is the same?


  • fluent German (minimum C1-C2)

  • good spoken English

  • flexible and fast thinking, cool head in stress situations

  • being ready to learn and follow given procedures and rules
