We are looking for an experienced, professional and personable Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer/Architect, with a strong technical background.
Your Role & Responsibility
As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Architect your main responsibilities will involve:
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using cloud well architected framework.
• Implement security measures and monitor for potential threats.
• Manage and monitor resources such as virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, storage, databases, docker containers and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper integration with the cloud infrastructure.
• Drive automation using Everything as Code for building the cloud infrastructure.
• Drive the continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure.
• Open to collaboration and sharing knowledge with peers.
Your experience and profile
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, virtualization, networking, automation and security.
• Expert level Terraform knowledge and understanding of other infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices, including encryption, identity management, security groups, segmentation, key management and access control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• You ideally have a good command of German (optional)
