Job description, responsibilities and duties
The first goal you would have is to dive into the Etops business concept, philosophy and culture. It is crucial that you understand the business itself, the way we service our clients and how we operate. We will help you with that. This will directly lead to your long-term goal that is to take full responsibility for our complex and challenging clients.
Your key tasks:

- Reconciliations of investors trades
- Executing investments orders with counterparty
- Monitoring and reconciling investment positions in custody
- Corporate actions
- Data collection, system update, ensuring data quality
- Production of independent fund valuation (Net Asset Value)
- Contribution analysis of different Balance sheet items
- Cash accounts monitoring, reconciliations, payment instructions
- Data revision
- Reporting
- Various projects to increase operational efficiency
- Active communication with various counterparties (administrator, custodian, bank, auditor)
