HR Generalist

For our plant located in Gemerska Horka, we are currently looking for an HR Generalist who supports the implementation and administration of various agreed HR programs and/or activities. The HR Generalist works within well established guidelines and under readily available advice of other HR professionals to provide general HR support to the organization as business partner.

About the Role
The selected candidate will support the HR manager and the production line organization providing professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR issues related to agreed activities. These may include various aspects of recruitment, training, organizational development, data collection and employee relations programs.

What You Will Do
• Secure, that activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and are in compliance with legal requirements
• Act as speaking HR partner to line management/employees providing expert assistance and guidance in assigned activities
• Propose local adaptation to harmonize and/or improve process delivery
• Contribute to overall HR process delivery with input or as a process member
• Applies and maintains relevant tools and systems
• Participates in projects both on local and international level
• Contributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement
• Be a part or leader of various HR projects
• Acts as HR business partner for GOPS organization (Global Operational Services)

This role is open as substitution during the maternity leave
