Essity is looking for a new member of sales team on the position of Key Account Manager/Area Sales Manager for Health & Medical Solution for Slovak market. The person will be fully responsible for winning, developing and maintaining business in one sales channel with specific Accounts and Potential Accounts, through the management of sales team, setting and meeting customer specific targets and plans and identifying business opportunities as well as securing achievement of sales targets.
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for the execution of sales and marketing plans in an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts according to company sales policy, by supervising a group of sales professionals engaged in promoting sales and supplying products to clients in order to increase market share.
Scope of the role:
Sales turnover responsibility
Responsibility for customers` profitability
Geographical scope: single sales channel in the country
Sales team management
Main Tasks
• Manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team ensuring that agreed activities are fulfilled
• Support sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services
• Provide immediate supervision to a sales team with emphasis on coaching and mentoring and assigning tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans for area of responsibility
• Allocate resources according to up-to-date customer categorization and Go-To-Market approach
• Monitor agreed activities, sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization

• Ability to create strong relationship with customers by translating customers` needs into value proposition
• Well organized, able to focus on several issues and priorities effectively
• Flexible with high level of initiative and ambition to achieve results
• Adaptable to a changing business environment
• High level of commitment, loyalty and dedication
• Strong computer literacy (Excel)
• Proven experience with CRM systems
• Flexible to travel in Slovakia
• Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Driving license B
• Proven strong negotiations skills in complex business environment (financial and non-financial objectives)
