Car Purchasing Manager

ESKA Finance is a FinTech startup providing mid-term loans for micro and small businesses in the EU to purchase used cars, trucks, and equipment. We operate on our marketplace platform.
Our clients are micro and small businesses from various industries. They want to finance cars, LCVs, trucks, contractions, and agricultural machinery.
In this position, you will monitor used car auctions to form a stock of used cars available for leasing and assist our clients in finding required cars, trucks, and machinery across the EU.
Determine the client's expectations and conduct a thorough search through all possible channels (classifieds, direct dealer's contacts, etc.). Negotiate sales terms with the dealers. Take care of the delivery of vehicles/machinery.

Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct negotiations with dealers.
2. Conduct a thorough search of vehicles and machinery from various sources
3. Conduct the monitoring of popular machinery and vehicle makes / brands

Qualifications
1. Understanding the used cars/trucks/construction/agricultural vehicle market.
2. Excellent spoken and written English. Ukrainian, Russian, German, French, and Slovak - are a big plus.
3. At least two years of experience in sales of cars/trucks/machinery or a similar industry: tire sales/parts sales/etc.
4. Excellent communication and sales skills.
