Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take responsibility for end-to-end, content based delivery management of cybersecurity and cyber-resilience solutions for large corporate client and public institutions.

Meet the Team

Corporate Solutions team is organized in line with the portfolio of services and offerings provided to ESET Customers. You will be assigned to a delivery team dedicated to a particular offering. Each offering has an offering lead / team leader and a delivery team consisting of both technical and business oriented colleagues. Each team member contributes either on the internal part (technical delivery) or on the customer-facing part (support sales team and sales process). 

About the Role

• Manage and oversee the delivery of assigned parts of corporate solutions projects against approved scope, budget, work-effort, and quality including:
• Coordination of required involvement and sub-deliveries of other resources across ESET organization, namely CS market facing people, CS assess and architect people, CS Value Proposition and Solution Architecture people and ESET Technology people.
• Management of delivery of 3rd parties, partners, and contractors against approved scope, budget, work-effort and quality on approved CS projects.
• Work side-by-side with Key Account Manager directly engaging with client delivery teams and stakeholders to build trusted and long-term commercial relationship.
• With the support of senior colleagues, support Corporate Solutions market facing teams with market, client, and business opportunity development activities, through identification of new areas and value adding topics, shaping of new business opportunities.
• Be responsible for scope of delivery of the assigned part of the project which includes all delivery stages, i.e., analysis, design (including process / organizational aspects), development, testing, migration and business deployment and handover to operations
• Cooperate with senior colleague to ensure estimating, planning, reporting and management of variances (deltas) against baseline plan, scope, budget.
• Apply and enforce ESET Corporate Solutions standards, delivery methodologies, processes, and tools to continuously improve speed, cost, and quality of delivery.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ of delivery management experience (of which min. 2 years at project / program management role) with proven delivery track record of large-scale IT implementations and transformation
• Regional and international corporate or public sector delivery experience
• SDLC methodology, tools, and best practices
• Agile delivery methodology, tools, and best practices
• Structured, result oriented and effective communication
• Professional communication (written and spoken) towards client organization, partners, 3d parties, distribution channel entities or public institutions
• Team player & people developer
• Self-starter & self-driven
• Able to operate at senior / executive level, but helicopter drill down to relevant details if required
• Sharp decision making and outcome focused
• Able to manage ambiguity and complexity 
• Keeping direction under pressure or when facing problems

Additional Information:

Travel: Global role with occasional business trips to delivery organizations, if required also participating in clients facing activities.
